From the Poconos and points north:

Take Route 33 south to the Route 191 exit. Turn right and take Route 191 south. At the library, continue forward (leaving Route 191) and go one more block to Belvidere Street. Turn right onto Belvidere Street. Cross Broad Street at the traffic light and the NCA will be just ahead on the left.

From Allentown, Bethlehem, and Philadelphia:

Take Route 476 north to Exit 33 (Lehigh Valley). Take Route 22 east to Route 191. Take Route 191 north. At Route 248, turn right and take an immediate left at the light onto Main Street. Go up the hill and turn right at Belvidere Street. The NCA will be on the right.
